Refund Policy

We thrive to provide our customers with the best flowers and floral delivery services.

However, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Because of the perishable nature of our products (flowers), you can only return or exchange your purchase within two (2) days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the same condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Acceptable cases for refunds:

  1. Delivered items are different from customer’s order.
  2. Items are delivered with damages or in damaged and unusable / unacceptable condition.
  3. Ordered items are not delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
  4. Ordered items are delivered late after the requested date of delivery.
  5. Customer’s order was not fullfilled or delivered.
  6. A refund will be issued upon non delivery of goods due to the sellers fault

NB:

  1. No refund will be made in the event that we do not find the recipient in the given address having contacted them earlier for directions.
  2. In the event that a delivery was made and the recipient was not available to receive the goods, a partial refund will be made to cover the costs of transportation.
